Project 365 Day 19: Pink Dusk

Ahhh, yesterday was another chill kind of day but instead of just staying at home, we went out to shop, ate in Chef Lagenda which has some amazing Malaysian dishes by the way and hopped from one Fililipino store to another. We bought an Ube cake slice, ensaymada and mamon in Cherry’s then we went to Chadz Chickenhaus to buy some halu-halo and leche flan which they have hefty servings of and we went to Maswerte which is a grocery store which I think has almost everything that a Filipino might need in the house or when he has cravings. My mom even had her bangs cut in a parlor at the back of the grocery store which looked like the majority of the parlor we have back in the Philippines. I got that nostalgic feeling while I am in there as it really felt like I was back home.
I was able to catch this pastel-like sunset skies while we were eating the halu-halo at home. The sunset is always almost amazing here! Daylight Saving Time ended again so I was also able to catch an extra hour worth of sleep the previous night which was amazing as I slept in late.
Kimi bumped his face on a hard surface last night which left a part of his lips bleeding. When I also saw that there’s some blood in his nose, I panicked. I should have just wiped the insides of his nose first to see if the blood was coming out of his nose or was just transferred while I was trying to wipe some from his lips but in my defense I have my reasons. Lesson learned. The most important thing is that he is fine and all is well.
