Project 365 Day 103: Slow Sunday
Since today’s weather was better than yesterday we decided to go to a nearby Sunday market. I love going to the market as I get to discover the creativity of their local artists. It is quite amazing to see how nothing was transformed into something tangible, useful and downright beautiful. After combing the whole stretch of the market, we went to St Kilda Pier. We walked up to the cafe at the end and stayed there for a while, relaxing over fish and chips and enjoying the amazing panorama surrounding us. When we were done, we then went to Luna Park. This was my first time in Luna Park and I felt like a kid again - looking at the thrilling rides, walking in the park and eating cotton candy but this time with Kimi. We did not go in any rides but still it had been wonderful to just roam around and see what is inside the park. We then went to Acland Street. We window-shopped, shopped a little bit, discovered specialty shops, tried going to Lentil As Anything which was sadly full then and settled on eating burgers in A Saint Killed A Burger. And then it was time to go home.
