I was happy to be reunited again with Sonya's Garden as it has already been three years since I last visited the place. It is still the same peaceful and zen-like haven that I remember it to be. There may just have been a couple of new things for me, here and there, that I noticed like the Panaderia and signage at the front gate, which I might just have overlooked before, but all in all it is still the Sonya's garden I have come to know and even better!

Why? Because I "discovered" this stall located at the right of the entrance to the spa and restaurant that sells bags, purses and wallets! Not only are they bags and purses, but they are vintage, branded, well cared for and very affordable! Am I hearing some shrieks there, ladies?! This stall is really shriek-inducing!

Operating only during weekends and holidays, this stall traces its humble beginning back in 2007 when it first opened shop. I had been told that the bags were once owned by a friend of Ms. Sonya and she actually opened this shop so that she could dispose some of her bags that she does not anymore fancy. Could you just imagine how many bags she does have? From Chanel, Valentino, Givenchy to some known and not so known Italian and Parisian bags in the market, this place is really a haven for bag collectors and enthusiasts out there who are also cost conscious.

I really envy now those ladies who are living just near Tagaytay! They could get a dose of these bags every week tops! And as for me, what I could only do now is to wait for either an opportunity, a holiday or a kind soul who could drive me all the way up to Tagaytay to see these bags again.
