I am hosting another giveaway to you my dear readers! I was able to dine last weekend in Cravings located in Shangri-La Plaza Mall to try their Fresh Picks weekend buffet and it had been a fun and fulfilling experience! I super love their dishes, I love the concept and I fell in love too with the freshness of their ingredients. I came from a province (yes, I am a proud probinsyana!) and I have resided in the province for 15 years so I know the difference in taste of a vegetable that is freshly picked and something that is not, like those that we buy in our groceries here in Manila. There is a distinguishable sweet taste when you eat fresh picks which you will never ever find in vegetables or fruits that had been stored for so long and had been preserved to a certain degree to endure long travels and to lengthen their shelf-life.
Also, the cakes in Cravings are so rich and yummy that I got so attached to them that I am actually dreaming of them for the past few days now. (Hint: order their Chocolate Caramel!) I am happy to have found their cakes because now I have something new to bring along with me whenever we go to some birthday celebs or get-together! Anyway, enough with the chitchat!
