Lonsdale Street Greek Festival 2019

We went to party with the Greeks at the 32nd Lonsdale Street Greek Festival earlier in the CBD. It was such a huge event that the whole stretch of Lonsdale from Elizabeth Street up to Exhibition Street had been closed to traffic. There were lots of food, dancing, performances and activities that the whole family can enjoy. We were literally pushing ourselves in the crowd as the event was so popular and jampacked! It was a shame that we did not get to try much of their cuisine thougg since we were still a little bit full when we came to join in the fun. We just had an order of Calamari from Salt & Pepa’s food truck and that’s it, we’re done! I want to kick myself for downing a large Mocha drink from Lindt prior that! Maybe I can still go back there tomorrow? Let’s see!
