Project 365 Day 38: Cold Outside

It was so cold yesterday I could barely bring myself to stand for a long period of time. Usually, after we eat dinner I immediately clean the kitchen but yesterday, I just cannot bring myself to do it. I just wanted to lie down under a thick blanket and stay there for as long as I could. It was that cold even with the heater on! My right side was resting near a big glass window and even with a sizeable gap between my body and the mirror, I could still feel the cold radiating from the glass. Ah! Just when I thought I was already prepared and used to the winter weather here I am again acting as if I am new to this! But then again I am a tropical-climate person so maybe, just maybe I won’t ever get used to the cold! I hope this weekend would not be that cold!
